These Terms of Service govern your use of AirportTips, including the website at https://AirportTips.life and the mobile application. The service is provided by Apron North Pte. Ltd., 20 Collyer Quay, #11-04 Tung Centre, Singapore 049319. By accessing the site, downloading the app, or submitting the registration form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AirportTips.
AirportTips is a free reference tool that provides information about border-crossing rules for Singapore passport holders. It covers cash declaration thresholds, restricted items, visa and eTA rules, and customs paperwork, with citations to the published sources. It is not legal advice. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no advertising inside the product.
Not legal advice
AirportTips is a reference tool, not a law firm, not a government agency, and not a substitute for professional advice. It shows you the published rule and where it appeared. We do not interpret the law for your case, we do not file forms on your behalf, and we do not guarantee that a particular document will be accepted at the desk. You remain responsible for verifying rules with official sources before travelling.
Rules change. We update entries from official gazettes, customs circulars, and immigration bulletins, but a change can take effect before every destination pack is refreshed. Always treat the cited government page as the authority if there is any difference.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use AirportTips for your own travel planning. You may not scrape, resell, or republish our compiled rule sets as a competing product, interfere with the site or app, or submit false details on the registration form. The AirportTips name, layout, compiled database, and original writing are owned by Apron North Pte. Ltd. Underlying statutes and government publications remain the property of their issuing authorities; we cite them so you can verify the original text.
The website and app are provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy and weekly updates, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, complete, or free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Apron North Pte. Ltd. is not liable for missed flights, delays, extra costs, or other loss arising from reliance on AirportTips. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Registration, privacy, and changes
If you ask us to send a download link, you must provide accurate contact details and keep the consent box honest. You may unsubscribe from alerts at any time. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar tools are described in our Cookie Policy.
We may suspend or stop the service, or refuse a registration request, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or if we need to protect the site. We may revise these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
